Refund & Cancellation

The short version

Trial: $2.90 today for 7 days, then $14.90/month until you cancel. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged $14.90/month.
Pro is $14.90/month, Max $29.90/month, Max 20x $99/month. Each renews monthly until you cancel.
Cancel anytime from Account → “Manage or cancel”. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
Something went wrong? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll look at it.

How to cancel

Go to Account → “Manage or cancel”. This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription in a few clicks. You can also email support@bleepless.com from the address on your account and we’ll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period (or the end of your trial), you won’t be charged again, and your plan then ends. Your account and your stories stay as they are.

Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period, we don’t refund unused time in a billing period, except where the law requires it.

We do make exceptions when something has clearly gone wrong, for example:

you were charged after you cancelled;
you were charged twice for the same period;
the service didn’t work for a significant part of the period because of a problem on our side.

To ask, email support@bleepless.com within 14 days of the charge, from the address on your account, with the subject “Refund” and a short explanation. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Billing details

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as BLEEPLESS AI. If you don’t recognise a charge, email us before disputing it with your bank. It’s usually faster, and we can fix it directly.

If you ask us to delete your account while a paid plan is active, we cancel the subscription at the same time. Any remaining paid time isn’t refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If you live in the EU or the UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase. Your plan starts as soon as you pay. If you withdraw within 14 days, we’ll refund you, minus a proportionate amount for the time you already had your plan where the law allows it.
